PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health
Sweetwater Hospital Association is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant for Home Health to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with patients in the comfort of their homes, helping them regain mobility, improve function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Education:
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- Previous home health experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
