We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assess patient needs, administer treatments, monitor health conditions, educate patients and families, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home nursing assessments and care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and document care accurately
- Educate patients and caregivers on health management
- Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Home health experience preferred but not required
