By working with our Registered Dietitian, you will learn what types of foods and ingredients are helpful or harmful and learn to improve your health by adding fresh food, the right nutrients, sleep, and exercise to create a healthier life.
You’re consultation with our Dietitian will include a personalized evaluation and you will be provided with nutrition education to reach your goals. Medical Nutrition Therapy will require a referral from your physician.
Areas addressed in medical nutrition therapy sessions include:
- Cardiovascular Disease: high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart disease
- Diabetes: type 1, type 2, pre-diabetes
- Food allergy/intolerance
- General health and wellness
- GI disorders including celiac disease
- Inflammatory conditions
