The CEO Corner
—- Ian McFadden —–

I want to sincerely thank each and every staff member for the warmest welcome in these first 30 weeks as your new CEO. I’ve quickly grown to love this hospital and Monroe County! I also want each employee to know that I have an open door policy and encourage all types of feedback. My goal is to make it easy, with multiple communication channels, for all employees to reach me. If you are unable to come by my office, you can always email me at IMcFadden@sweetwaterhospital.org or give me a call at 865.213.8525. I greatly appreciate any feedback from employees and I am always open to new ideas and suggestions. I look forward to our next employee meeting which will be scheduled for this summer and I greatly encourage every employee to attend. The last employee meeting were very beneficial to not only me, but the whole hospital. Again, I look forward to hearing from you soon!
