JOB SUMMARY

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide social and behavioral health services for inpatients, outpatient, emergency department, and home healthcare patients.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide the following services and in strict compliance with standing orders and protocols set forth by clinical guidelines to include, but will not necessarily be limited to the following:
    • Screen and interview patients, perform evaluations using expert knowledge of general and specific concepts, principle, procedures, and practices related to psychological counseling.
    • Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy.
    • Provide screenings, clinical assessments, treatment, case management, consultation, referral and education.
    • Assess and resolve complex social and psychosocial problems that may impact on the patient to include screening, assessment, treatment, referral, consultation and education.
    • Conduct psychosocial evaluations and provides therapeutic interventions including crisis counseling to individuals, groups and families as needed to facilitate behavioral health clinical care management and optimize care.
    • Evaluates the individual and family systems as well as assesses patient’s functioning and routines of daily living and identifies areas needing continued support, resources, and treatment in order to assist patients
    • Serves as a behavioral health referral resource and subject matter expert in behavioral health-related programs to the clinical staff and medical staff in the hospital.
    • Provides services for high-risk populations (behavioral health, homelessness, victims of abuse and neglect).
    • Develops, implements, and maintains partnerships with health care providers and community resources, as applicable.
    • Develops comprehensive treatment care plans in accordance with behavioral health care standards.
    • Responsible for the completion of individual workload accountability in accordance with program requirements.
    • Abide by all applicable laws and Utilization Review and Quality Improvement directives including, but not limited to, in-service training, peer review, performance improvement, records maintenance, performance evaluations, and release of information.
    • Attend and participate in patient care reports, patient care conferences, team conferences, professional staff conferences and any other appropriate professional activities only to the extent that such attendance and participation is relative to assigned cases and/or performance of contract services as determined by the Chief Executive Officer or other assigned supervisors.
    • Other: Ensure compliance with standard of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the medical, psychiatric, or behavioral health treatment guidelines. Provides care within ethical and legal boundaries. When assigned, will serve and participate in committees, functions and other meetings. Provide relevant and timely information, and assists with decision-making and process improvement.

  • Current unrestricted Certificate or licensure as an LCSW to work independently without clinical supervision.
  • Have a minimum of two (2) years within the past five (5) years’ experience in mental health and/or long term care.

Position Summary:

Responsible for the administration of all respiratory care modalities under the supervision, control, and responsibility of a licensed physician in addition to specific testing techniques to assist in diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment in which respiratory care practitioners have been properly trained.

Laboratory Director

Chief Financial Officer

FULL TIME POSITION

 

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for directing and coordinating hospital activities concerned with financial administration, general accounting, patient accounting and financial and statistical reporting.

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Responsible for all financial data and consolidation of financials for quarterly and monthly meetings with management team and the board of directors

  • Research, analyze and complete various strategic projects and action items; interact with management team, investment managers, attorneys, tax partners, and investment bankers on confidential projects
  • Be a strategic member of the Executive Team and act as a business partner providing financial support and analysis to improve upon or create new methods or services to benefit the organization
  • Provide leadership and oversight of the finance department operations: Payroll, A/P, Billing,  and Financial Reporting
  • Provide leadership and oversight of the Business Office and Financial Reporting for all Managed Physician Clinics
  • Directs departmental operations to prepare and retain files, records and reports in accordance with hospital standards.
  • Participates in hospital/medical staff committee meetings as required. 
  • Partner with Human Resources in creating, modifying and maintaining compensation plans that drive and reward desired performance
  • Work closely with benefit brokers and internal financial support team to complete annual benefit plan filings for 401(k), medical insurance, disability and life insurance

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in accounting or business administration with a major in accounting is required.  Master’s Degree preferred

Certified Pharmacy Technician

FULL TIME (12pm – 8pm and rotating weekends)

 

The Certified Pharmacy Technician shall comply with all applicable hospital policies, procedures, codes, and standards.  The Pharmacy Technician shall work under the direct supervision of a Licensed Pharmacist.  Pharmacy Technicians shall not perform duties that can only be performed by a Licensed Pharmacist.

The Controller is responsible for the day to day management of the Accounting, Payroll and Accounts Payable functions. 

 

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

  • Compiles and prepares financial statements
  • Gathers, processes, analyzes, and evaluates financial data.

  • Reviews and analyzes general ledger account balances.  Verifies accuracy and makes recommendations for corrections.
  • Manages department costs in adherence to budget standards.
  • Compiles information for Joint Annual Report
  • Prepares payroll quarterly/yearly reports including W-2’s & 1099’s
  • Prepares documentation for External Auditors.
  • Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
  • Delegate financial responsibilities to the accounting team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or other related field required
  • EXPERIENCE: Two year accounting experience with prior healthcare and management experience preferred
