Sweetwater Hospital Association proudly celebrated the dedication, service, and accomplishments of its employees, volunteers, medical staff, and board members during the 2026 Recognition Dinner held at the beautiful Mashburn Farms.
This year’s event featured a festive Luau-themed celebration, bringing together members of the SHA family for an evening of appreciation, recognition, and fellowship. Attendees enjoyed a tropical-themed event while honoring those whose commitment and service drive the hospital’s mission of providing exceptional healthcare to our community.
A highlight of the evening was the recognition of employees, volunteers, medical staff, and board members for their years of dedicated service to Sweetwater Hospital Association. Their loyalty, hard work, and contributions have played an essential role in the organization’s continued success and growth.
Several special awards were also presented to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, excellence, and dedication:
- Employee of the Year: Alyssa Johnson, RN
- Award of Excellence: Sandy Steward, RN
- Advanced Practice Provider of the Year: Kristina (Kristy) Grimes, FNP
- Physician of the Year: Laura Miller, M.D.
These award recipients exemplify the compassion, professionalism, and commitment to patient care that define Sweetwater Hospital Association.
