The Sweetwater Hospital Association Patient Advocate is here as a representative of the patient working hard to assist with many aspects of our patients medical care. We know that healthcare systems can be confusing and overwhelming, especially when dealing with making diagnoses that is complicated. Our advocate works as a guide to our patients providing comfort and ease throughout their healthcare process. The SHA Patient Advocate helps you navigate the complexities of the healthcare system. They assist with various tasks, including but not limited to:
- Making Appointments
- Locating Your Doctor's Office
- Answering Questions
- Visiting Patients During Their Hospital Stay
- Support Person for Various issues
