Orderly
Sweetwater Hospital Association is seeking an Orderly to join our healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing quality patient care and creating a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with transporting patients throughout the facility.
- Help patients with mobility, positioning, and transfers.
- Maintain clean and organized patient care areas.
- Deliver supplies, equipment, and specimens as needed.
- Assist nursing staff with non-clinical patient care tasks.
- Ensure patient rooms and common areas are stocked and maintained.
- Follow all infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies.
- Provide courteous and respectful service to patients, families, and coworkers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous healthcare or patient care experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, move, and transport patients and equipment safely.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, compassionate, and committed to excellent patient care.
- Current CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
