Sweetwater Hospital Association (SHA) is participating in a Monroe County Community Health Survey.
The Monroe County, Community Health Survey, is designed to gauge various health-related aspects of life within our county from the perspective of those who live or work here. This survey will be utilized to gather information assisting in future planning for potentially needed new services or community partnerships. The results may be shared with many local organizations so that they may utilize the information in their planning.
